Tomorrow is my last day of work for the week.
And this week has been hell so far.
Tomorrow I will be pitching a tent or two.
And then coming back to the city for supplies.
Sleep in my own bed.
Wake early enough to shop for some sandals.
Groceries and beer.
Then back to Birds Hill Park for the Winnipeg Folk Fest.
Bruck Cockburn, Neko Case, Low, Hawksley Workman, Wailin’ Jennys, Vic Chestnut, Steve Earl, Greg MacPherson and Son Volt. And many many more.
A full weekend. Camping. Beer. Music.
No work. All play.
Maybe I will see you there.
Unless you are not.

In other news, for those of you who have not noticed, “Infantry Horn Nuts” is a new feature here at the Experiment. Because this is an experiment I may pull the plug if creativity eludes me.
Look for your weekly fix on Saturdays. This will continue at least, for now, for another month or so. And this weeks is funnier than ever.
I have set up the frontpage of the website to ensure that the cartoon stays up even if the other posts are updated. Genius, eh?
So visit the Experiment at least once a week. More often if you think my wordy dribble means anything.
